La Curée Vintage Return Plan
Our Return Plan offers clients a measure of flexibility while preserving the integrity of our curated, one-of-a-kind inventory. Because each piece in our collection is sourced with care and authenticated with precision, traditional returns are not offered. Instead, purchasers who add the purchase of a Return Plan to their order receive access to a streamlined credit process designed for peace of mind.
What the Return Plan Includes
Purchasers enrolled in the Return Plan may return their item for store credit within seven days (7) days of delivery. Store credit may be applied toward any future La Curée Vintage purchase and does not expire.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all tags, dust bags, boxes, and any accompanying documentation. Pieces that show signs of additional wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for store credit.
Certain pieces within our collection are not eligible for the Return Plan due to their exceptional value, rarity, or condition sensitivity. The following categories are excluded from return eligibility, regardless of plan purchase:
1. Hermès Investment Bags
Hermès Kelly, Birkin, and Constance bags.
2. Fine Jewelry and Watches
Any fine jewelry or timepieces, including those from Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co., Rolex, and similar houses.
3. Hygiene-Sensitive Accessories
Earrings and select intimate accessories that cannot be restored to original condition after handling.
4. Final Sale and Archive Items
Pieces marked as final sale, clearance, reduced-price, as-is, or archive sale merchandise.
5. Exotic and Delicate Materials
Items crafted from exotic skins or exceptionally fragile materials that may be affected through wear or transit.Items falling into these categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even with the Return Plan.
How It Works
Purchase a return plan by clicking the link on a product page. The return plan must be purchased concurrently with an item. Should you desire a return, email us at contact@lacureevintage.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us. After the item is received and its condition is verified, your store credit will be issued. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final credit amount.
The Return Plan is available only at the time of purchase and one plan enables the return of only one item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible store credits will reflect the item’s purchase price excluding taxes and shipping.
